Remediation measures in case of non-compliance with commitments
In the case of non-compliance with our commitments, the user may file a complaint via the means described above, specifying the commitment that they consider has not been met. The ETSIME ‘Communications Office’ will respond to this complaint within 48 working hours, indicating the measures established within the scope of its competences.
