To be able to formalize your auto-enrollment you will need to follow the steps below:
3.1. Request an account (UPM email), if you do not already have one:

You will be randomly assigned a date and time, from which you can enroll.
3.3. Autoenrollment
From the date and time indicated on your appointment, you will be able to carry out the auto-enrollment in the UPM access portals 2019-20, which are:
- ‘Automatrícula de Grado’ (Bachelor’s)
- ‘Automatrícula de Máster’ (Master’s)
- ‘Automatrícula de Doctorado’ (PhD)
Recommendations.
-Browser cookies and pop-ups must be enabled, at least for the applications website.
-Acrobat Reader must be installed in order to view the reports in PDF format that are issued at the end of enrollment.
-Have the necessary documentation ready (income documentation, exemptions, bank details, etc.).
-Class groups are chosen during the auto-enrollment process, please refer to the schedules for details of each group: Calendar and schedules.
3.4. Payment methods
3.4.1. Students may choose between one-time payment or split payments. In the latter case, eight installments will be set for the payment of tuition fees
3.4.2. You can make the payment:
- Online, by credit or debit card (recommended).
- By direct debit. The first time the payment is registered, or when the account number changes, the student must bring the signed direct debit document (SEPA), to the secretary’s office.
- Paying directly at the bank. In this case the payment must be made on the dates indicated in the payment letter and the student must provide a copy of the proof of payment to the Secretary’s Office of the Center.
3.5. Application for the University Card/Student ID
The issuance of the university card for new students will take place during the month of September. Cards are printed at the time of collection. A calendar will be published indicating the days of issuance at the Centre.

4. Documentation to be delivered
Students must provide the original document (for verification) and a photocopy.
4.1. Necessary admission documents for new-entry students:
- ‘Pruebas de Acceso a la Universidad’ (PAU) Card.
- National Identity Document.
- Transfer File and Receipt for Fees (if coming from outside Madrid)
- Relevant Academic Qualifications.
- EU Credentials/International Agreements.
- University degree or proof of having applied for it – Verification documentation for foreign degrees.
4.2. Students who are entitled to reductions in tuition fees:
- Large family (general or special)
- Global Graduation with Honors from High School or Professional Training
- Disability
- Victims of Terrorism
- Ministry of Education and FP Scholarship (do not need to provide documentation)
Mark the appropriate option when performing the auto-enrollment, and provide the documentation proving the exemption to the Secretary for Students before October 1st (for verification).
If they are not delivered, the tuition exemption will be void.
