The UESEVI vision is that anyone can help change their environment. The UESEVI encourages the training of professionals for a society based on values that make the "important" a higher priority than the "urgent". It encourages an active, critical, and environmentally conscientious citizen, who is innovative and motivated to make changes and tackle problems with ingenuity, effectiveness, and efficiency.
