The management of the ‘Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros de Minas y Energía’ (ETSIME), advise that the ‘Museo Mina Marcelo Jorissen’ is temporarily closed to the public for security reasons, until further notice.
WEEK-DAY GROUP VISITS
Visits during the week will take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, except national, university, and local holidays. Visits to the mine and the school's ‘Museo Histórico’ will take place at 10:00, 12:00 and 17:00 on the above days.

Guided group tours of the mine and museum are offered (for educational, cultural or senior centers, etc.) with groups from 10 to 30 adults or 50 to 60 children.
The rates* applied in the 2018-19 academic year will be as indicated in the following table

This year, for the first time, unallocated visit times on the 25th of each month, will be put on sale to the general public, who want to organize a group visit, via the ‘Mercadillos de Minerales’ online ticketing site.
