REPAIRS PROCEDURE:

Through the ‘Centro de Atención al Usuario’ (CAU) system:  http://app.minasyenergia.upm.es/cau/index.php?r=partes%2Fcreate&cau=3 

To request a repair, replacement, or any other service from the maintenance team, you must follow the following steps:

1- Complete a "Parte de mantenimiento" 

2- Request the signature of the Department Director for the "Parte de mantenimiento"

3- Send the duly completed and signed “Parte de mantenimiento” to Irene in the ‘E.T.S.I. de Minas y Energía’ Administration Service

Once the above actions have been completed, the team will implement the request as soon as possible.
