The ‘J. García-Siñeriz Foundation’ (teaching charity) aims to promote and encourage studies and research in Geophysics. It was formed in Madrid on July 15th, 1974.
Since the last quarter of 1994, the Foundation has put into action the will of its founder and proposed an award for Engineers and Graduates in the area of Geophysics.
