The ETSIME-UPM Quality Manual is the foundation of the Center's ‘Quality Assurance System’ (SGIC), which is then built upon by a number of additional documents, such as ‘Procedures’ and ‘Records’, as well as the different information systems. Within this System, the Quality Manager ensures compliance with the provisions on Quality by following the established standards.
The ETSIME-UPM is dedicated to the implementation of a complete and comprehensive Quality System, that is, a system that encompasses all the activities of the Center and all the courses that are taught there.
